3Å MOLECULAR SIEVE FOR MANUFACTURING THERMO-INSULATING GLASS
PROPERTIES
- Controlled pore size
- Suitable for robotic or manual filling systems
- High water absorption capacity
- Low gas and air absorption
- Improves the lifetime and efficiency of insulating glass units
- Suitable for various spacer sizes and types
TESTS AND CERTIFICATES
- Compliant with standard EN 1279
USE
- Absorbs residual moisture from the air trapped inside the insulating glass unit.
- Maintains the integrity of gases (e.g. argon, krypton) within the IGU.
- Stabilizes internal pressure in the IGU, preventing stress on the seals.

APPLICATION
It is recommended to handle TKK GLASS EXPERT ABSORB Z360 in a way that avoids the generation of dusty conditions in the workplace. If pouring into a container in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust, electrically ground both containers to prevent static electric sparks and reduce the risk of explosion.
Follow the safety recommendations provided in the Safety Data Sheet. To maintain product quality, store it in a dry place. Opened packages should be resealed promptly to prevent contamination and the adsorption of water, moisture, or other gaseous substances.
Always fill the spacers shortly before IGU assembly and avoid leaving filled spacers on the production line for extended periods, as adsorption of moisture from the air can reduce the water adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve.
