Fire-resistant polyurethane foam for sealing joints and installation where fire protection is required

One-component low-expansion modified polyurethane foam with low flame spread characteristics intended for areas that require greater resistance to combustion. It is used for filling, insulating, and installing electrical installations, duct penetrations, fire doors, vaults. Hardens with air humidity and adheres well to all construction materials. After application, it expands up to 50% in volume, so only partially fill the openings. Hardened foam ensures a strong bond and features good insulation properties.

One-component low-expansion modified polyurethane foam with low flame spread characteristics intended for areas that require greater resistance to combustion. It is used for filling, insulating, and installing electrical installations, duct penetrations, fire doors, vaults. Hardens with air humidity and adheres well to all construction materials. After application, it expands up to 50% in volume, so only partially fill the openings. Hardened foam ensures a strong bond and features good insulation properties. Foam is applied with mounting gun.

Properties

  • Foam has low flame spread characteristics and is intended for areas that require greater resistance to combustion.
  • Hardens with air humidity.
  • Volume expansion after application: 30 – 50%. 
  • Hardening time is 1.5 – 5 hours (depending on temperature and humidity), 5 – 10 minutes after application, it is no longer sticky to the touch. 
  • It adheres well to all construction materials, including wood, concrete, foam concrete, brick, metal, and aluminium. 
  • Accurate foam application and fast hardening enable faster completion of work and economical consumption.
  • Hardened foam ensures a strong joint and excellent insulation. 
  • Protect the foam from UV light after the work has been completed.
  • Application with mounting gun.
