Product details

For installation of windows and doors, filling of construction openings and insulation even in winter conditions.

One-component polyurethane foam for installing windows, doors, and filling construction openings, for thermal insulation of plumbing and heating systems, fixing electrical installations and ventilation systems even in winter conditions up to -10 °C. Hardens with air humidity and adheres well to all construction materials. Hardened foam ensures a strong bond and features good insulation properties. Foam is applied with mounting gun.

Properties

  • Filling construction openings, insulating and installing windows and doors even in winter conditions up to -10 °C. 
  • Hardens with air humidity.
  • Volume expansion after application: 30 – 50%. 
  • Hardening time is 1,5 – 8 hours (depending on temperature and humidity), 5 – 10 minutes after application, it is no longer sticky to the touch. 
  • It adheres well to all construction materials, including wood, concrete, foam concrete, brick, metal, and aluminium. 
  • Accurate foam application and fast hardening enable faster completion of work and economical consumption.
  • Hardened foam ensures a strong joint and excellent insulation. 
  • Protect the foam from UV light after the work has been completed.
  • Application with mounting adapter.

Advantages of gun grade polyurethane foam compared to foam with a mounting adapter
