Cementol Expert – chemical admixtures for concrete for professional use
For a while, TKK has been intensively working on rebranding, which you surely noticed if you recently spent some time in one of the shops offering construction products.
First, we rebranded the line of our TKK Clean Protect technical sprays, followed by the groups of TKK PU FOAM and TKK PU FIX polyurethane foam, as well as TKK SEAL sealants which can be used for various purposes.
Our main goal in rebranding our products was to make it easier for users to choose the right product for their needs and applications, which gave us the idea of creating a special group for products intended for professional use; these products are now a part of our TKK EXPERT group.
Chemical admixtures for concrete are now separated into two groups. The Cementol group includes 8 products for “DIY” handymen who love to tinker and fix things in their own homes or vacation houses. Most of our concrete additives, however, are intended for professional use and now belong to the Cementol Expert group.
The largest subgroup of products in the Cementol Expert group are the Hiperplast products. These superplasticisers are based on the so-called PCE polymers which enable the development of superplasticisers for various applications due to their complex molecular structure. Due to their extraordinary water reduction ability in fresh concrete mixture, some of them are mainly suitable for use in industry of precast concrete elements, while others, while with a poorer water reduction ability, are suitable for the manufacturing of ready-mix concretes where long transports or high temperatures are expected.
Due to increasingly high summer temperatures, our development team is largely devoted to developing the latter.
After launching Cementol Expert Hiperplast 408 which was taylor-made for a Serbian customer, we are proud to present you two new products this year: Cementol Expert Hiperplast 409 and Cementol Expert Hiperplast 410. All three products are intended for the manufacturing of ready-mix concretes with higher consistency classes for long transport and concreting at high temperatures. These are high-performance additives which can be gradually adsorbed on concrete particles, fillers (rock powder / fly ash) and fine aggregate particles.
The table below provides some of the results of laboratory tests of concretes that we have performed in our construction laboratory. The results clearly show the capacity and differences between individual products, i.e. our two new products compared to the already established Cementol Expert Hiperplast 235 LT. As we have already mentioned, the admixture may, of course, behave differently if different basic raw materials are used.

High-performance concrete is a result of all components used for concrete production and a suitable procedure, installation and curing. This is why it is important to provide constant quality of all components and work phases.
