Polyurethane foam for installation of windows and doors, filling larger openings even in winter conditions

One-component polyurethane foam used for quick installation of windows & doors, insulating and filling larger construction openings, for thermal insulation of plumbing and heating systems, fixing electrical installations and ventilation systems even in winter conditions up to -10 °C. Contains up to 40% more volume than standard gun grade foam. Hardens with air humidity and adheres well to all construction materials. Hardened foam ensures a strong bond and features good insulation properties.

One-component polyurethane foam used for quick installation of windows & doors, insulating and filling larger construction openings, for thermal insulation of plumbing and heating systems, fixing electrical installations and ventilation systems even in winter conditions up to -10 °C. Contains up to 40% more volume than standard gun grade foam. Hardens with air humidity and adheres well to all construction materials such as wood, concrete, aerated concrete, brick, metal and aluminium. Hardened foam ensures a strong bond and features good insulation properties. Foam is applied with mounting gun.

Properties

  • For filling wider openings, insulation and fast and easy installation of windows and doors even in winter conditions up to -10 °C. 
  • 40% greater volume means that more can be done with a single can, which makes replacing cans less frequent, saving you time and producing less packaging waste. 
  • Hardens with air humidity.
  • Volume expansion after application: 30 – 50%. 
  • Hardening time is 1.5 – 8 hours (depending on temperature and humidity), 5 – 10 minutes after application, it is no longer sticky to the touch. 
  • It adheres well to all construction materials, including wood, concrete, foam concrete, brick, metal, and aluminium. 
  • Accurate foam application and fast hardening enable faster completion of work and economical consumption.
  • Hardened foam ensures a strong joint and excellent insulation. 
  • Protect the foam from UV light after the work has been completed.
  • Apply with mounting gun.
