For the past two decades, IP Posočje has been on a mission to empower disabled individuals in the Goriška region, Slovenia, by providing training and employment opportunities — which is also their fundamental vision and mission. By creating and providing suitable employment opportunities, individuals with disabilities have the chance for suitable employment. 

Their array of operational programs is meticulously tailored to the inherent qualities of their personnel and currently encompasses a spectrum of services and products within specialized programs:

• Employment Rehabilitation: Endorsed by the Slovenian Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities; a team of specialists (psychologist, occupational therapist, social worker, doctor specializing in occupational healthcare, psychiatrist) collaborates with the express goal of equipping the disabled with the requisite skills for suitable employment, facilitating employment acquisition, retention, progression, or a shift in their professional career.
• Social Inclusion: A program co-financed by Slovenian Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, maintaining, and developing work and social skills of unemployed persons.
• Quota Fulfilment Alternatives: Through cooperation, companies can fulfil their quota obligations for employing disabled individuals via the execution of a business cooperation agreement.
• Green Program: A commitment to the comprehensive upkeep of facilities and their environs, encompassing tasks such as mowing, hedge and tree pruning, maintenance of hiking trails, parks, and cemeteries.
• Greenhouse Cultivation: Cultivation of eco-friendly seedlings, the sale of flowers, and herbs in our proprietary greenhouse, providing an additional offering for horticulture.
• Cleaning and Laundry Services: Cleaning of premises, comprehensive cleaning services, as well as laundry washing and ironing.
• Sewing Workshop: Crafting and embroidering diverse items with custom logos, symbols, or inscriptions.
• Assembly Work and Candle Production: Refinement of semi-finished products and items, coupled with in-house candle production.

We entrusted IP Posočje with performing various manufacturing tasks and activities with demo tools production. This partnership not only enhances our operational efficiency but, more importantly, contributes to a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
